How to cheat in Call Of Duty 4

So i have a question i know you can get banned from this. This does work correct? How do you have to it connected. Does it have to be directly to your modem, router? This will work on call of duty 4 for the xbox 360 correct? Will this work for any other game? Any light switch will work i assume? Do i need a switch ( Hardware like Linksys) I heard of you don't have one then as soon as you flick the switch then you will be lagged out and disconnected from xbox live is that true? I know this is a lot of question but i just want to know if this is alright? So can anyone help me with this. Thanks.

This does still work! I used to have a lag swich for Socom 2, and 3. The reason this method is WAY better than auto standby or using your modem is because ill bet my *** that not everyones modem/computer is 5ft away from them. This Lag swich can be used for other games like halo 3!

i tried using this after the update on cod 4 and i was lagging myself i dont think it works as good as it use to

I made one and tried it out a few times with my friends. When you turn the switch off your character stops moving. Just stands there waiting to be shot until you turn it back on. When you turn it back on you disappear and reappear at the point you were when you turned it back on.

well i think useing a lag switch is wrong if you cant play the game as it is then whats the point in playing at all if the only way you can get kills is by cheating, and not only that it spoils the game for people who can play the game properly with out useing a lag switch

Okay this still works to some extent...let me explain.

1. Unless you are host you will only lag yourself, which can be used to avoid bullets but it is not very effective.
2. When you are host you can do this, everyone is frozen on your screen but on theirs it says connection interruption. You can kill people yet it won't show up on the bottom but it will count as a kill.
3. In order to not lag out, you need to do it in short bursts, no longer then 5 seconds every time you turn it on. You can do it over and over just give it a chance to reconnect.
4. This can be done in any game, but usually you have to be host for it to effect everyone, otherwise you only lag yourself.
5. You can get banned for this, as it is cheating others who play the game yet it is an inevitable flaw in all internet gaming.
6. The standby on your modem/router is the same thing as the switch made in the video.
7. Sometimes it is not always the same cord in the video, it is different for every internet connection.
8. Standby can also be done with a computer, if you have the right programs and are running it through a router.
9. If you use a standby switch you make, it needs to be in-between the router and modem

I have orange, red, yellow, and black electrical tape for color coding wires.

Damn, this happened to me before, i soon i got near the specific guy or someone gets near him, it lags and someone dies. If you use this, try not to abuse it.

I've played against ppl using these b4 and most of the time unless the other players are idiots they will just quit the match. There is nothing worse than trying to play a match and the host having some bad connection. It's very noticable when someone is trying a lag switch.. I know it works cause I've died a few times from them.
Be careful cause people are very wise to these now.. Plus You'll hear about it after the match.
