yeah i did this last night and it is a pretty good spot to be when your playing old school just grad the drag and go to work on some newbs!! lol...unless they are picking up the jug perk...then it just blows =(

and chill you need to go the edge of the fence and jump onto the little ledge that is there beside it, you will know what i mean when you see it

Once you get to the top, jump onto the wall surrounding you and do a run jump to the staircase opposite (you should land on top) from here you can get on top of the sniper building, just not sure how to survive the fall yet!
