There's no way around it, you would need to crack two private RSA keys. Opening them in notepad doesn't mean anything, that's called the title of the TU btw.

Notepad is not... a magical hacking tool... please stop hurting my brain.
Hex is not going to make it any different. Good luck with cracking the RSA keys, and when you can't join games because you and the host have two different copies of the map, enjoy your patch-dodging.

Cracking the keys is indeed possible but not worth the effort. It would take TWO+ military grade or higher processors, then if you cracked it and xbox live checked your profile before you get into multiplayer it would send back an error code and you get the update. HAVE FUN!
