How to unlock all perks at level 4!

This glitch still works on CoD4, I tested on my new account 1 hour ago.

Requirements :
#1 A profile that has unlocked all perks.
#2 A profile that you want to unlock perks on. (has to be atleast level 4)
#3 An Xbox 360 and Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare.

Tutorial
Step #1 Start off by signing on to your profile with all of the perks, then go to "Create a Class".
Step #2 Go to "Perk 1", "Perk 2", or "Perk 3" and expand it.
Step #3 Click on any 2 perks Ex. "C4 x 2" "Stopping Power" or "Extreme Conditioning", both perks you click on have to be different.
Step #4 Then click on the perk you want to unlock (on your #2 profile) and then do that for all your classes, then your done.
Step #5 Then go back to the Multiplayer menu, where it has Xbox live Split Screen, then log on to your #2 profile.
Step #6 Repeat this process from Step 1-5, and there you go.

But where do you get an account with them all unlocked?

Your main account.

Yeah okay. So if I use my main account, what other account am I going to use?

I mean I'm about to prestige again, and I want dead silence and claymores right in the beginning.

Should I make a like 48 hour to do the glitch with?

You need a account that is level 44. You do it on a account that is less than level 44.

Will this work with the account that is less than 44 is a 48 hour?

It will work on any gold account. They account that is above 44 is the account you dont get the glitch on. Basically what im saying is like the SPG... The account 44+ is like the account with Seriouslly and the new account -44 is the account you want to get it on.. Clear?

I understand but here is my question.

Can I get the 48 hour account to level 4, then glitch all my main perks (Level 55) to the level 4 account, and then prestige, get to 4, then glitch the perks on the level 4 account back to my main account?

So it would be Main (55) -> 48 Hr (4) -> Main (4)

Would that work?
