Alright I was playin with this dude and we were just messin around when he told me you could get on top of the turret building or construction building he showed me how but I couldnt do it can anyone make a video on it please!!!

That I am not sure of. I don't think you do. I would try this out in a private match with and whithout juggernaut just to make sure.

No you do not need Jug to do it. Just make sure you aim in the right spot. Kinda a tough glitch until you get used to it. Perfect timing and patience needed lol. You can actually strafe jump from the concrete post by the stairs to the other buildings too but that is quite tough also.
