make sure auto aim is on, and just keep moving forward.
after about 50 tries, i got to the hostage. and shot the hostage.

was my face.
was my emotion.

this is how i got it.

Sprint forward and stab the guy walking out of the bathroom.
Turn and throw a flashbang down the right hallway and sprint through the conference room. Throw another flash, and wlk out crouched shooting anything that moves. DO NOT RELOAD. if you empty your clip pull otu your pistol.
theres usually 1 or two guys around the next corner, so be careful and just inch around the corner.
take the door to the left.
duck behind the first row of seats and reload.
throw a flash, move and crouch behind the center row.
reload on your way up.
go up the stairs, flash before going up.
take out the guys.
make a mad dash through the enemies, knife the first guy and shoot the second guy. and then youre at the hostage.

easier said than done tho.
