Yeah me and xanocide plus a bunch of friends were doing that a few weeks ago, very nice glitch but takes practice to time the RPG right and hit the exact spot for the bounce.

It's not just the RPG jump there, you need to use the RPG and juggernaut so you don't die, then you hit that bounce spot from up that high and you bounce up that high. If you have ever bounced in other spots, like landed on the curve of an object and bounced up, this is basically it except you do it from a lot higher.
