There use to be certain spots, if you wedged yourself in there you would become invincible to all except bullets. However that was in the beta version. In the full game there is no such thing.

there is a way to be invisible but its not useful. Go to private match setup a match of domination on backlot, now get out of the map and find a spot where there is nothing and just jump in and fall for 5 mins after that change teams and you will be invisible to all other players.
