The best you could do at this time is change your clan tag to something inappropriate using the CON resigners. I am sure you could try changing your name color and junk, not sure how well that will work.

It will be in Partion 3 - Content - E(MY PROFILE) - F(SOMETHING) - next folder and the file in there, is your profile.

Not even that. All xbox live-related info is stored on their servers. This means rank, clan tag, customized classes, etc... The PS3 version is different from the 360 version though.

i changed my clan tag on the profile of my harddrive but nothing happened it only wiped my custom class names and the clan tag

Wrong. Ranks are n Activision servers. Clan tag and classes are in the actual profile. My clan tag on COD4 says "****" you can edit it in Hex and then Resign it will work. All you have to do is open Hex workshop change your options to "32 Bit Float" and "Big Endian" search for "clan" change all your clan tags to "****" or "****" or what ever. Then Hash / Resign. Put on your hard drive and get the attention you need.
