Boosting in cage match? (not working)

Boosting in cage match? (not working)
Alright, i used to boost all the time with my cousin until the new call of duty update came out. Now evertime i try to add him in it gets stuck at the getting match quantity and whatever it says. And no matter how long i wait it doesnt start the match. It also only shows my name and the box around it turns blue. Like your about to get in a game. It has to still be possible because i see many threads on this site about it that are fairly new. So if anyone can help me it would be appreciated. Thnx

I boost from time to time in cage matches. Actually last time was tuesday. It's pretty easy, just start up voice chat. Have player 1 start a game. When it gets to the lobby where you can see what map your on, send an inv to player 2. Works every time for me.

It doesn't seem to work... I have him send me an invite and then start and i accept when the map shoes up. But when i accept is says couldn't accept game invite. And when it finally lets me in it disconnects saying unable to connect to host. Any help?

No, have him send the invite when he is in the pregame lobby area, when he is waiting on the another player. From what it sounds like, you are trying to join after the game starts.

When hes waiting for another player and sends me the invite it either puts him in a game or it says unable to connect to host. To be honest i think its his connection. BUt when i tried it he didnt feel like doing it cause he had to get up early. Is there any way you can show me how to do it on xbox live?

Dude, just go into cage match. You have to be the only player there. Have your friend watch his friends list so that when join in progress becomes an option he can just join. If somebody else comes into the lobby, ask them to leave. This way is much quicker than sending an invite once you're in the lobby.

To put it simply, it sounds like it's not the game.
Either a ****ty ISP/network setup, or a combo of both.
