What he means is that the p90 and the usp have a red dot laser attatched to the gun. But it is purely asthetic because you can not use them. You cant turn them on. Look at the P90, on the top left if im not mistaken you will see a red dot laser with a wire comming out of it. And the M4 has a grip already attatched to it but i doubt is has any difference like equiping a grip. Like i said, just for looks.
