Thanks for the sniper guide, especially the eavesdrop description. Tired of hearing " dude there is somebody close to me, i can hear them, but i don't want to give away my super special sniper spot (indoors)"

au contrare, i beleive what you meant to say in this post was "find place to sit, get target in the crosshairs, pull trigger, be satisfied as that +XX comes on the screen telling you that he is dead. simple yet effective tip to do this? "you pull the left trig-ger, you pull the right trig-ger, you wait a couple seconds and you hear another shout, 'HOLY CRAP DID YOU HONESTLY JUST SEE THAT!?!'"

That being said, I do/did find all those tips helpful. An excellent post with real-life experience. SoapyChicken said it best when it comes to being a sniper, you need to be patient and PLAY YOUR OWN GAME; don't get frustrated with quick and cheesy deaths, just re-spawn and keep your cool. Also, it is very important that you have multiple spots/sniping locations on each map that YOU feel comfortable with; not only in your concealment and cover, but also with your visibility of enemy troop movements... It is just as important for you to to let your teamates know about where the enemy is and their locations, as well as where you were killed, as it is getting kills for yourself.

REMEMBER: TEAMS WIN MATCHES, NOT INDIVIDUALS.

Other than that, I look forward to other tips/tricks to further my COD4 gaming experience as well as teaming up with some of you. Feel free to hit me up anytime you see me online; Jasper QST.
It is based on how well you are to. Like you can tell if someone is inexperienced at snipping by the way they act or where they go or what they do. But it gives him/her more exp by playing against other people that are better than him/her, than playing people that him/her can either donimate or equal to him/her.

It is based on what you like and how your team plays, and the enemy team and there actions.

However the .50 cal gives away your location and what type of gun you are using, so I find this gun to be nubish compared to other sniping guns.
The perks taht I like to use the much is:

Perk 1: claymores

Perk 2: UAV jamer

Perk 3: either Dead Silence or Deep impact

But the first two perks are the ones that I use the most. Because when I am in a good spot and don't want to leave or be seen they can have UAV all they want but then I will just switch to my silenced pistal and they run into my claymores and blow up. ANd I use the SVDfor my snipping.

yeah I loved sniping when the game first came out, but now everyone knows where people camp to snipe and all the glitch spots are useless now, so why even try?
