Yeah that's true about the M21. But it's not as powerful as the Dragunov, it doesn't have as cool a name, and YOU CAN'T GET IT IN GOLD!!! Otherwise, they are identical. The only advantage is the lower recoil. Dragunov FTW!
And Stopping Power FTW!!!
The more I'm noticing it lately, the more I really hate Juggernaut-users. It gets really gay really quick.

I love how sometimes in your game, you have kids that are like, "Man whats with these F****** noobs and there Juggernaut? Man I can't kill anyone!!" And your like, "Ah shut up, stop complaining" and then out of nowhere he comes the Juggernauts and your like, "Dang it!!!!!!"

Well I use it for my LMG's cuz it takes a while to get the gun started and to reload even with sleight of hand. Or I use it with shotguns cuz I always get pwned before I get close enough so I go wit this to have a couple extra seconds to get them.
