Double Tap is only really useful on the silenced or red dot AK47, silenced SMG's, and on the M60. Everything else could use stopping power more effectively.

dude the tube is pro because it takes some talent to aim and shoot that thing at far distances, and you saying you can just shoot and get kills is dumb,
cause you can just shoot with the RPD and kill, plenty of other weapons that you can just shoot and kill

just dont run by a flying grenade and your fine

Not really dude. You don't even have to hit the person with the n00b t00b, just near them. And if you hit them dead on, they are dead for sure. It's a noob weapon dude, everybody knows it, just admit it.

I find bandolier useless. Just pick up another weapon off the ground if you happen to use all of your rounds so carelessly/get a good kill streak.
