If possible you could probably only mod maps, and maybe some functions of the player. However you can't mod stats or play online with all of that because all of the players functions are server side. So if it was possible you could probably mod it yet you could only mod it on your console, no one else's.

It is possible to mod Cod4 it just hasn't been done yet the files are in a pak file so until there's a pak extractor were not gonna see mods for awhile .

exactly... but it contains multi player info as well for it is the only way possible because i am hoping its in there and not in a live container
