Sniping tactic: No-Scoping

For this you must use the M40A3 sniper rifle.

-High controler sensitivity is an advantage.

-The stopping power perk is useful as it can make a 1 shot kill.

-Steady aim is compulsory for this to work as it give 35% more hip-fire accuracy.

And when you have all that done you will be able to start.

I forgot there is a tactic called QT or Quick Turn. When you quickly turn to face your target and immediately shoot giving you an accuracy bonus.

I forgot to mention about the QT (Quick Turn) tactic. It is when you turn quickly and immediately shoot at your foe giving you an accuracy bonus

if you jump and then while your in the air go prone your bullet will curve down and you get a straight shot with a dip. Keep in mind that its not 100% accurate but its the way i do it with i dont feel like scoping.

I just no scope with an ACOG'd M40 and I have just used it for so long I usually hit the target predicting where they will be and knowing where my bullet will go. Steady Aim isn't a must but definitely increases your accuracy. When you no scope don't stand still move back and forth. I find it increases the accuracy and makes you harder to hit. Don't forget to guide your aim to where you want it to go as the bullet will drift that way. My one friend just goes prone and shoots as he goes down and he usually gets the kill almost every time it's weird. I don't do that and I usually kill him because it leaves you vulnerable if you miss but otherwise it's a decent tactic.

another way that is good for no scoping is to have the perk were it makes the cross hairs smaller then you could lay down with also makes it smaller and then try to get your enemy in the middle of the cross hairs with the quick turn tactic

That perk is called steady aim and laying down normally helps when you are shooting far away and stuff but when you lay down you are a lot more vulnerable. Quick turning does seem to work a lot as well.
