domination boosting...

in specific details, how do you boost in domination? all i know is that you get 12 people you know into a domination room and just trade flags. i am probably missing things because also i hear about bridging. what is that? lol if anyone will tell me how to do this, i would appreciate. also you are welcome to come boost with us if you want.

Bridging is in simple terms, when you connect your xbox to your pc firewall and then use the firewall to make it that you can only find your friends party and therefore match up with them and allow you to boost for kills or what ever
