How To Standby For Host

Alright...this is to all of the people that always need bridgers.

Ok, this is a cool way of getting host and it always works (if you do it right). PLUS...I added Pics, hope this helps!!!

1) Make sure your connections are bridged then turn your internet zone security to high in Zonealarm.

2) Once you get box host, turn your firewall down to medium so that other people can join:



3) Once everybody joins and it gets to step 3 in matchmaking, wait until the yellow boxes go away so that only your name is shown, then press the stop button on Zonealarm:





4) Then once step 4 comes up, press the start button again to start filtering connection again. Then you should have host:



5) There you go.

*NOTES*
- If for some reason you don't do it right, you will either lag out or not get host.

- If the other team has a bridger...don't let that get you down, because you can steal host from whoever he is bridging, that is if you do this right.

- If for any reason you lag out trying to do this check your IP and see if it had changed, because that is what mine always does.

- If it is your first time doing this and you don't do it right your first couple times...don't cry, just keep trying.

- I would suggest this for first timers you play by yourself like in rumble pit and try to get this down.

- Also if you are a legit person...you will not get reported or anything like that for doing this just to get host and then playing legit.

- All of you can do what I like to do with my friends...standby for host and then play legit until we start losing bad and then team standby...if you are playing nubs then they won't leave cheating feedback...they will just think that there was lag towards the end of the game.

I dont think you have to, but do it in case

plus it depends on what you plan to do, like team standby if your successful at host

well when i standby and they r trusted.. it gives ONE of of host.. like not ME..but one of them sumtimes....i dont know how to prevent that....plus if i want to team standby then i have to add thei ips in the game a delete after if i dont put in trusted..
