| ICS Bridging With Only Zone Alarm Pro This tutorial is how to bridge with only using ZoneAlarmPro. I have seen the ICS bridging and Finding IPs with Zone Alarm tutorials but that was a while ago and I am writing this completly by myself. Materials: Computer Xbox/Xbox 360 Crossover/Ethernet Cord 2 Ethernet Ports on pc ZoneAlarmPro If you use a rugular xbox you can only use a crossover cable for the connection between your pc and xbox but you have have an Xbox 360 you can use a crossover or ethernet cable. 1. This is how your connections should be: Modem->Router(Optional)->Computer->Xbox[360] From your modem or router you should hook the ethernet to your first ethernet port, and your crossover/ethernet going to your console to your second port. 2.Next you need to bridge the connections, go to Start->Contral Panel->Network and Internet Connections, and click network connections at the bottom, this is if your contral panel is the windows xp type and not the classic view. Once there you should see your internet and then the other connection is your xbox, it should look like this: |From there highlight both connections, right click and press the option "bridge connection" and now it should be doing something like this: ![]() Now once ths bridge has completed your network connections area should look like this(except the xbox connection should look like the internet connection without the X, I didn't have my xbox on at the time): ![]() Now your connection is bridged! 3.Now it's time to set up Zone Alarm so you can bridge and find ips. First off open it up and go to firewall on the side tab and zones on the top tab. In the white box it should have two zones or ips in there, loopback and network. On your network ip, click the part under zones where it says trusted and switch that to internet. Now at the bottom click "Add" Then IP address, which you will be placing bungie's ip in. The ip is 65.59.234.161 and name the description anything but make sure it's trusted. Now after this is done your zones should now look like this: When you are finished with these changes click "Apply" and the bottom near where it says "Add".4.After setting up the zones it's time to find ips using zonealarm pro and not with commview or cain and abel. First go to Alerts and Logs on the left tabs(it should be at the bottom)Now switch the alerts on high like this: ![]() After that go back to the firewall tab and on the top tab switch to firewall and turn it on high which now should find the ips in a box that pops up to the right of the screen: ![]() Now you have found an ip using zonealarm and I blocked out the ip so no one can get it(it's a friends ip). 5. On to step five. To bridge someone you must go to the zone's tab under firewall and click "add" at the bottom. It's just like entering bungie's ip but put whoever you're bridging ip in your trusted: ![]() You can only have one ip at a time and the person being bridged needs to make the party. This tutorial is made by me and only me, and this is the way I bridge which is why I made it. Please Reply with suggestions and/or changes that need to be made(this is my first tut), and if you have a question or comment please reply, p.m. me, or add me on MSN-sk8terpunk_3_7@hotmail.com.
