on my auto team stanby i use 2 and 3. but its different for everyones internet. i sometimes have to switch it up a little, like go down to 1.5 and 2.5, but thats because i share internet between my xbox and like 4 computers. but if you go into blue screen a lot, i would turn the timing down by about .3 - .5 seconds. mess around with it in a custom to make sure you got it right before you go into matchmaking though, so youre sure you wont lag out.^_^

oh and NoT PiStOn, you dont HAVE to have cain, you just need to be poisoning your xbox connection and, duuuh, be connection host.

i have a question, i followed ur instructions exactly, and it worked but one day one of the lines in my trusted zone that said

i followed ur instructions exactly and it worked great! But one day one of the lines that was in my trusted zone that said it was was an entry type "internet" was gone and i was unable to standby, probably because it was not effecting the internet. My question is how do i get it back? If you could help me i would be very grateful!!

auto standby's are just macro's... I can't se why it wouldnt work on the Mac. Try the link above posted by (me) and see if it works... it's a real small download, so you dont have to worry about waiting or anything...
