ICS Bridging - Laptop/Wireless Bridging using Command Prompt

i started out with a game adapter then it just stopped working after sometime now i decided to bridge my connection it worked for 5-7 days then my network card stopped finding my network or any network even though i can get on the network through over computers so i have had to re-install my network card. is there anyway to make this not happen.

I understand that this tutorial is a little aged ,but i was told this method should still work
I try to bridge I get an error message saying ''To bridge, you must select at least two LAN or High-Speed Internet connections that are not being used by Internet Connection''.

Whats wrong and how can I fix it?

does the wireless card have to be an external card, or can it be one that is built into your laptop?

Hey, I don't run off of windows due to my computer being a piece of **** and I run off of a disk and a program called BackTrack v2, I don;t know if it is even possible to bridge with it since I can't save or download anything and have no way to open a window containing wireless options.

You have to be selecting both connections at the same time.

Doesn't matter. All that does matter is as long as you have a wireless card to connect to the access point, and an ethernet connector to connect to your xbox, or device.

This is only for windows. For other programs, you must consult that program's documentation.

ok under local area net connection itn says"network cable unplugged, it's allways said this for me even enabling and disabling with cmd doesn't help, so basically, it wont connect to my xbox.

After I have my bridge set up and I go into XBox live to sign in, it fails everytime. How come my XBox isn't getting a connection?
