yea i didnt have the right winpcap now i do but when i start it, it wont find any ip's but when i start up my switchsniffer then start the ION it finds ips then i highlight the one i want and hit za trust and my ion will just exit out!

Is there a specific kind of zonealarm pro i need or what?

Good deal.
ION supports any "release" version (not the betas) of winpcap v3.1 or greater.

You have to have your bridge in place (routing data through your pc) before ION can detect ip's.

Review the instructions again, you are missing the last step.

No, ION will work with the free and pro versions of ZA.

Yes, you are not doing the last step.
Please review again, in the FLIP section
of the docs, look for this step:

Inserting a "Trusted" IP Address into Zone Alarm ...

Also, look at dr autonamus reply, maybe
that will help you as well.

The code that I use to analyze the network data does not have a
User Interface (UI). It’s all hex and technical mumbo jumbo,
something that a normal person can not understand.

Last week I showed Azzid a version of the UI that I think I’ll go with.
What does all this mean ... yes, I’ll release PLIP but
I am in NO hurry to do so.

HOWEVER, my ears will go deaf ...
I will not entertain a conversation with someone crying that PLIP does
not work and that the program is crap.

I’ve stated all along, this type of project it is a crap shoot without
hacking the data packets, that PLIP will only be accurate 50% of
the time. Additionally, like standbying/stealing host, you’ll have
to click buttons at a certain time.

I have all the "plumbing code" done and I’m rapping up the
UI and I’ll "plug" the code into the UI in a next week or so.
Once this is done, I’ll pass PLIP to Azzid and get his opinion.
From there, I’ll hit a couple people up on the site for testing
and get their input on the UI and make tweaks if need be.
After that, I’ll release PLIP into the wild ...

Again, I am in no hurry to release PLIP and until that time,
PLIP is vaporware (this means, it may never be released).

Update ... ION v1.7

ION has been updated to enhance a couple of features:

1) Displays what version of WinPcap you have installed
This will aid in trouble shooting issues.

2) Included WinPcap Adapter Tester
This will aid in trouble shooting issues.

3) Wireless adapter support
Added additional support for wireless adapters.

4) Zone Alarm Paste
Added error checking when you do not follow the steps
on pasting IP Addresses into Zone Alarm. Now ION will
not close when the steps are not followed correctly.

Azzid, when your schedule permits, will you update the rapidshare link?

When I click settings, I get this message: When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer rather than be handled by this dialog box. What do I do?

Yeah Awesome Program. One question though, What if ZoneAlarmPro Wont install because you have Mcafee Security suite that your dad paid for and wont let you uninstall it or something like that? Can you use Mafee fire wall for it?
