Need help with zone alarm

When I try to download zone alarm pro a pop up come says these following services were detected and ask if i want to disable it will it be deleted from my computer or will it disable it and restore it again PLEASE HELP

it's probably asking you to disable the windows firewall, but uh, you should try rephrasing your question, i don't understand the problem

Ok when i try to install it a pop up says that a service was detected it says i need to disable it to finish the install but i was wondering if it will enable it after or not or if i will delete it

Well, if I'm right in assuming that the services it's asking to disable is indeed windows firewall, or something to that effect, it would not enable it afterwards and it can not be deleted as it's built into windows.

The reason it is disabling windows firewall is because having 2 firewalls is silly.

no it is a vpn service as my mom work

Oh, I can't give you an answer then. You could try googleing the name of the VPN service + zone alarm and see if there's any information out there...

Or tell us the name of the VPN, lol. Here's your answer:
Restart VPN Client Service If You Install VPN Client Before Zone Alarm

The Firewall Enhancement, "Prevent VPN Traffic Blocking", automatically adds the Loopback address (127.0.0.1) and the address of the VPN 3000 Concentrator to the ZoneAlarm or ZoneAlarmPro trusted zone.
An exception to this, however, occurs if the VPN Client is installed before Zone Alarm. Then the VPN Client's service must be restarted by rebooting the PC or stopping and restarting the service through the Control Panel (on Windows NT-based PCs) (CSCea16012).

lol i just read the pop up and it says the service will be restarted thanks for all your help if you play halo 2 i will standby you guy up to hire rank for free i got past the update my gamertag is MM Masta Zorro
