Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTM Award(s): 0 | You can only Whois an address tell you the ISP that the IP belongs to, with more research you can find (by figuring out what octets match per city, sometimes its random though) out what large city the provider is in and the person lives near that area, no way to tell where they live exactly unless you asked the ISP for billing address | ||||||
