Well here is the situation on thursday i was bridging fine and standbying for host, and on friday nothing is working i have tried restarting everything, took all of my ips out of zonealarm and reentered them, my cain is working fine, but its like zone alarm isnt my firewall if you know what i mean. so please help.

Just reinstall ZAP and your problem is fixed.
