question about the Half and full routing

I have set up Zonealarm and cain and they are running fine..i've been giving host to my teamate every single game now..but its on Half-Routing..does this really matter since its working ? or should it really be on Full routing..and if so why ?

when i run into other bridgers They win host every time..someone said something about them IP flooding me..now does this mean they are doing that to me everytime ? or could the half routing cause them to win host if they bridge ?

It meens you aren't bridging properly if other people are getting host, and it should be full routing.

ok, so, i will explain this. Go into your Cain, go to sniffer, enable it, sniff IPs, what is happening is that you are not routing the right IP to the comp, go into the IPs route the IP that is the ROUTER, when you do this, go to the right side, pick the xboxs IP and click it, now it should route the IPs of the box to the comp, so, next, you will finish the roputing process, and drop all firewalls, what for the Bungie IP to route,then join your friends room, if his IP only half routes, then it is his IP not your problem, it means his router will not allow you to route the packetys where you wnat ot route them

thanks for the reply ..now im having a worse problem..last time i tried to bride my same teamate..when i would click the poisining button whatever it is..it would give me an error about the winpcap thing..

i tried to re do everything with cain..and when i would get to the 3rd step i think.. i click sniffer..then im supposed to click Configure..and pick my adapter..well now i have nothing in my adapter list..so i cant even get past 3rd step.

and yes i tried to reinstall..i cant cant past tthe 3rd step now. what am i doing wrong

it doesn't mean anything 90% of the time it says half routing. it doesn't mean anything........in my opinion

long as bungies ip comes up first then who ur bridgings ip ur good. under packets who your bridgin should have most packets by alot.
atleast this is what i go by

No half routing doesnt mean that hes doin it bad i get it all the time but its cause my connection sucked balls and i had like 30 things downloading at once buit i can still bridge A okay

i still need help though..in the cain program, I click Sniffer and then when i click configure..it shows a adapter at the bottom..but in the box where i should click which adapter to use, theres no adapter I can click to continue on after Step 4..

anyone know how I can add the adapter listed ?
