help me, a with cain&abel it wont work after i download zone alarm

I download Cain&Abel first and it works it sniffs the ip's but after i download Zone Alarm Pro. it doesnt work im trying to bridge and i've been trying to figure this out for like ever can someon please help me.

Make sure your Xbox IP is typed in your Zone Alarm and under the "internet" security zone. You can find out your IP by going under your network settings on your Xbox. Have your trusted zone put to medium and your firewall on medium or low.
Your IP will be something like 192.168.0." "
