nonmodders cannot see this. they MIGHT be able to see the model, but for everything you've edited they wont see that (xyz size coords, shader swaps, etc.). they will need the map for the full mod.

you know it doesnt hurt to mod online, all of my modding days I have always modded online and offline. to people mods are fun online. you know, if you can make good online mods. You know there was a reason for the UberVisibleProjectileTool. just because you don mod online dont go around making it look like modding online is going to end H2 modding(duh)
