Lagswitches are so dumb...Its EXACTLY like the stop button in ZAP. It doesnt make you send packets either it cuts off the connection like a standby. Just use ZAP. You have way more control.
This is only the case if you're a complete idiot and make the switch completely cut off your connection.
If you're smart, you'll make it so it cuts the cable attached to the 6th pin in your CAT5 cable (but some hubs switch things round, so you may have to cut the connection on the 2nd pin).
This way, your Xbox still tells microsoft's servers that you're connected so you can still play.
