Detox can mod online if he wants for some reason because he has a demo kit-hybrid. And you can make a demo kit which is a retail with XDK software on it. Just because you have a Dev/Demo kit doesn't mean you can mod Halo 3 either you have to edit the xex (or w/e) to read the maps without checking for the signatures. If you get a demo kit you can edit in real time if you have the right software.
