You can also go through the first steps to set it up (disarm, throw grenade, hide), but instead of standing behind the server to the left for cover, stand in front of it out in the open and start shooting the turret gunners as they appear JUST THE TURRET GUNNER. Let them run to the turret, that will give you time to call your team to you (one of them should stay put and disarm the bomb). Once your teammate is with you, stop shooting. He should squat down and take over the duties for you without hiding. When you are comfortable that he's doing the job, turn away from the enemies that are spawning and watch your teammate as he kills off the spawners -this will keep the bodies from piling up and lagging your kill rate (so DON'T watch the bodies pile up -that's bad). It is important that your teammate is NOT IN COVER since that will slow down his reaction to the enemies. You will get shot about 1 time each 10 kills or so, but it won't kill you so don't panic... just giggle with glee and go find something else to do for a while. You'll have to check back every once in a while to make sure your wireless controller doesn't turn off because that will pause the game.

By the way, that translates into about 90XP per minute without pulling the trigger once you've got it going.
