I don't know if someone mentioned this already or not but you don't need to use c4, at the checkpoint have a teammate pop a smoke in front of the hallway to the bomb room, put on thermal vision and take out the two mobs. Next tell the one guy to defuse the bomb bu keep spamming the a button next to the bomb, and once your other guy comes order him to throw a grenade at the door which will kill both the gunners without using your nades, that way you can reset checkpoint and your teams nades are back to how they were. Also i find it easiest to sit behind the back right speakers crouched (not taking cover) with thermal vision on it makes it really easy to take a quick head shot. Hope this helped.

thermal helps with the head shots but makes it lagg alot easier and makes you have to turn around alot more often
