There is another spot on this map to get out in normal mode but it takes 2. The thing that makes it a little better is that with practice you and another can do it in as little as 5 sec and you can stand on some roofs or go outside the city walls. it is in the 2 story long building with stairs on both side and 2/3 with messed up roof. it is the same spot that people get out in old school mode but it some is standing a long the back right way where the celling boards are not touching the back wall. have the person thats going up stand against the back wall and there head in the 3 foot opening. the helper just needs to lay down and at a 90 degree angle with the back wall just try to crawl under the person trying to get up. the person going up needs to jump and hold forward towards the wall with the stairs until the are on top. the key to the bottom person is to hold forward well crawling until they are under the top person and then just stand up which will lift the top person up high enough.

sorry for no video but dont have the tools needed, if someone has the tools and wants to make the video just send me a friend inv and i will help you make the video GT is B E C K 0 N (use a zero and spaces in between the letters)
Yeah what you have to do is jump onto that little peg thing. Aim the rocket straight down, pull the trigger in and as soon as it starts to engage to fire, tap jump and hold back on the left thumbstick. I love this spot for Sabotage especially. The other two jumps to get out are kinda tricky so if anyone needs help let me know. Also, about the method you spoke about, Kyle and I did that one but haven't made a video yet. I'm not sure if he is planning on doing it or not as there are a couple more we have pretty much perfected on this board as well.
