Sorry Kyle I'm just getting back to you. Yes on this one to get from building 1 to 2 you have to aim for the broken window. Sometimes if you haven't jumped far enough you can still pull yourself up by tapping A. The other ones you just have to climb and jump to.

Like I mentioned just a minute ago to Kyle, it does take a little bit of timing especially when to sprint and hit jump so you make it, but like most other glitches/jumps on this game, once you do it once you pretty much have it down for good.
