Ok, so you want to get ontop of the cafe or deli, whatever you call it, its opposite of the blue broken down building, well Ill tell you TWO ways to get up there that work i every game mode
*we will call it cafe from here on*
Step one: Climb up the ladder of the building that isnt connected to the final two story building.
Step two: Then jump up onto the ladder and jump onto the window unit Air conditioner poking out the side.
Step three:From that point jump towards the right corner and tap A and you will be on top
WAY TWO
Step one: Climb up onto that building again
Step two: jump onto the light post and stay as far back on it as you can
Step three: Sprint/Jump at the Air conditioner that is on the roof, where the vent system connects to it, basically aim for the center of the blue thing
Be sure to hold forward so you stay up on the roof.
Step four: jump over the blue thing and congratulations
