Thats pretty much what you do.
It allows you to downgrade your PSP by adding homebrew to the battery.
And it does make sense, its just you.
BTW guys just buy a TOOL battery its ALOT less work.
then the psp has a smart battery.. with a launch sequence on it that can be modified.
