It Works!

Well, after a LOT of tinkering with settings and IP adresses, I can say for certain that this DOES in fact work. I followed the tutorial up until the wiring, after that I had to sort of wing it. I'll write up a tutorial of my own if I see fit, but until then you can either PM me, get me on xbl (Buy Cheap XBL Codes) (GT: xMyKuLx), or IM me (AIM: RidiculousOrange).

if u know how to deal with the updates any bridging works fine

and the two nic way is possible - only on the basis that it creates two networks
ive done very extensive testing on them and have narrowed it down to two ways that could work - one I'm sure of and another im suspicious of and havent bothered with

id be willing to discuss the dual nic methods via pm or aim, but in truth dont expect much

would this work with 2 integrated ethernet ports and 1 addition NIC card, or are NIC cards slightly different that regular network cards.

wouldnt something like this work Compaq 161105-001 Dual 10/100 PCI NIC Network Card - (item 160132396290 end time Jul-27-07 10:55:22 PDT)

i doubt you will have room for 4 network card slots dude.

any bridgers add M34T G4Z3R you can never get enough bridgers

Anyone try to splice a half of an ethernet cable to a full one so you have a Y shape and 1 port nic?
think that would work like a 2 port nic would? I guess splicer would be easier. I'd try but can't get host.
