You can only put in .MP4 and .MOV files in to iTunes.

Best ive found so far is one that does 30%, but still not the full thing

Ok, imTOO works perfectly, it converted it perfectly, and it plays perfectly on my iTunes.

But when I sync it from my iTunes to my iPod, it goes onto my ipod, but instead of it playign a movie (it does have the movie symbol before you select it), it juts shows an album picture of it and plays it like a song with the audio, but no movie. I did convert it to a mp4 and is plays on iTunes perfectly, but can anyone possible tell me it won't play as a movie on my ipod?

If you already have a .mov file, you can convert within iTunes. Simply import the video into iTunes, then at the Advanced menu, click "Convert Selection for iPod." It'll convert the video from .mov to MPEG-4.

How else did I score RvB on my iPod?
