Put the video in any video section, right click it and click "get info". Then go to the "Video" tab at the top and then go to the first dropdown menu and select "Music Video". It will then make and move it to the music videos section.

not the downloader.. the download.

Music quality is lost in the conversion of the original file 2 mp4. if a song was recorde, ripped, or the equalizer messed with then it has bad quality.

also this is in the wrong section, you should no that carson.

So is there any way around it?

And of course I knew it, just no one looks in iPod Support

Is there ANY WAY to keep the music quality after converting it to .MP4?

See Gambler, when this was in General Discussion I had 2 replys in like minutes. It just dies slowly here.

Live with the fact that's it's here.

Oh, and hi

If you converted a video into .MP4 and it sucked, it's your own fault. You messed *something* up with the converter, or the converter sucks.

Get the video in .mov and convert it into .mp4 using Quicktime.

I use Videora, it works great, and there is no sound offset and the picture quality is great. It encoded my entire Borat perfectly in 1080p for my iPod.
Not really 1080p, but the same quality you'd get from the iTunes store.

My movies are fine. It's just I used vDownloader, and told it to output the downloaded Youtube movies in .MP4. Maybe their built in converter sucks?

Yes the built in one blows. I used it once and the video came out all pixelated. Then I re-downloaded the same one, Videora'd it and it looked great.

Videora is great, but I've had several movies crap out on me and have major A/V sync problems.

I'm currently using Handbrake and like it much more.

I'll check out Handbrake, because my imToo and Xilisoft both became unregistered and my keygens don't work anymore. Are they like the same company? Because the GUI is exactaly the same.

Damn it Dem, Handbrake is for Mac...

Jesus Christ, got many ads?

I'm getting Videora now. It's freeware, not a good sign...

Trust me Videora works great, it doesn't matter that it's freeware.

For most.
