Hmmm, i just finished downloading this map pack, and im also getting an error with finding the internal map. So i am going to rip the mainmenu off of my game disk because i think that is what the problem is...

EDIT: I am re-downloading the map pack...... i got a clean copy of all the files from my game disk, however serenity still crashes when it attempts to patch the mainmenu. (crashes, then "Internal Map not Found")

You used the mainmenu right off your disc?

yes, i did... hmmm.... mabey you could provide a list of which patches goes to which maps... because mabey something is corrupting the autopatcher when i'm downloading it, or mabey it's just my comp. i don't know. however i have used the serenity patcher before, and i know that it works. so i could manually patch the maps myself if you could tell me which patches goes to which maps.

EDIT: i manually used serenity to patch mainmenu, and it worked perfectly. So there's just something wrong with the autopatcher, and so i can do it manually.

Ahh... You are using Vista. Everything errors with Vista.
Though it works fine for many people with Vista.
Maybe the download got corrupt while downloading, or you are missing files for Serenity.

I am not using Vista... vista sux. i am using the alienware theme "Xenomorph".

and like i said, i ran the serenity program that came with the download, and i patched the mainmenu perfectly with the patch that came with the download.

You may be missing files the auto-patcher uses.
There are folders and files that are hidden. You can see them in the WinRAR archive, make sure you have them.

i have 2 hidden files in the same folder as the auto-patcher. two .dll files.

so that i can do it manually.

I'm not going to recompile the whole list again.
Serenity tells you what map it patches...

zone i iam redownloading your post here and rebuilding the xored launch from yellow iso.
i will follow instructions to a T and see how it goes

UPDATE: I have created the boot from xored triainer iso and what do yah know working AI !!!!!!
sweet it works i havent played around with it yet but all maps load.

I am in the process of uploading to spyders right now in a noob-proof rar with everything you need to burn the game except a blank dvd-r and a burner

NOTE: the RAR is Password protected so while /or before your downloading post here and someone will Pm you back with the pass . Premies I will post the pass somewhere in the premium section but I dont where yet. well i'll update this post when its done uploading im assuming im the only one who didnt sleep last who will be looking at this so im sure it'll be done before this is seen by the masses.

Anyways after its done uploading i will delete it from my hdd and dl it , extract , and burn to make sure the integrity of the iso held up UNLESS someone wants to download it and posts it before i d/l it myself. (plz help me im tired ) well ill keep ya"ll posted.

you are afteralll asking for a list. and whywouldnt you just use the auto patcher it is easy
stop making shiz difficult for urself and stressful for others. or wait till im done uping, get premium and you will get a pass.

@hexalot i just read back again at what you did ..I had to reformat reinstall windows to make it work but thats probably only becuase of how many items were in my windows preftech folder to launch on startup for one and two another app that uses .net framework is what is causing the issue. either reinstall windows with a format or wait fo the iso download..

I'm a complete idiot and I got this stuff working pretty much right off the bat, so thank you very much to the people who worked hard to put it together, and then again to the people who made the tutorials.

The Autopatcher says you can team up with the AI in MP, but so far, for the maps and game types I've tried (slayer and CTF), everybody just wants my head on a lance. I can't find my homies, if they're out there. I thought the 'squads' maps might be the ticket, but no dice. Adding a second human player seems to only double the number of bots who are nobody's friend. Is there a place to config the AI? As in, teams, number of bots, what weapons they use, how accurate they are, how quickly they sniff you out, etc.? It's not clear from the trainer options, certainly.

This seems like a monumental achievement as is. Just having some AI teammates in Slayer would be the hotness, and any other options on top of that would be gravy. If someone could help me or point me to some tutorials with the good sauce, I'd appreciate it. Thanks again to the people who made it happen.

I made the mainmenu, compiled the maps, and made the tutorials. Detox made the leet auto patcher.

The maps you can team up with the AI have descriptions telling you want team to be on.
You can open the maps in Entity, go to the scnr tag, go to the AI Squads, and edit the AI teams.

if you look at one of the map desriptions from inside the game pick map menu you will see one that says elites on purple team buggers on .blah blah..or somethin like that .point is in that particular map if you pick the purple team all the ppl on that team will be on ur team\
