How to fix an Xbox 360 with the Ring of Death
by Carson



First off, this is the ring of death.

If you have that, You've come to the right place.




Step 1:
  • Turn on the Xbox 360
Step 2:
  • Wrap a Towel around the 360. Be sure to cover every Air Vent.
Step 3:
  • Let it sit there and run for 10 minutes.
Step 4:
  • After the 10 Minutes is up, Unwrap the Towel. Turn off the 360.
Step 5:
  • Let it sit and cool for 30 Minutes

HOW IT WORKS:


The Ring of Death is caused by the CPU being Desoldered. Therefore, heating it up melts the solder. Letting it cool allows the Solder to harden and reconnect everything.

Your Xbox 360 Will now work for around 5 days. For a permanent fix, you'll have to call Microsoft.

this is for fixing error code 0102. Sometimes the 3 red lights inst the GPU. So check the error code before wrapping your 360 in a towel.

dude it only works for error codes except 0102 only 3 red light error this dosnt work on
