How to Copy Xbox Games

Yeah...rip to a folder...then you'll have the option to make into an iso. At least...I think so...I havent burned a game in a long time.

also i cant long on to xbox live when i push troubleshoot it tries to download an update but says it failed on halo2

When I use craxion to rip the game and make an iso it makes a weird file format called .final . That file format is not supported by dvd decrypter and so it wont burn the iso. Someone help me.

I have NEVER seen .final...I dont know what you are doing wrong.

If the game that you're are burning must be in the Xbox's DVD drive, won't you not be able to FTP to your Xbox because you're not in the modded dashboard? Please reply quickly...I don't want to have to wait until morning

No...not true. When you load up your modded dashboard you'll get your ip for the Xbox. Then put your game in and it wont load the game up. So just ftp to your Xbox w/ craxtion and then rip it.

Just do as the tutorial states and you'll be fine.

Probably...but I've never tried. Look for the tutorial on configuring your xbox for the crossover cable...taht might help.

After you're in the modded dashboard and then enter the game into the Xbox, I'll get the message saying "Service is required." or something along those lines and the LED is flashing. Will I be able to rip the .iso to a folder if I still get that message when I enter the disc that I want to be burned in the drive?
