In this tutorial, you will learn how to convert PC videos to PSP format using the simple program PSP Video 9
Okay first, you will need to download the installer, which can be found at this site:

download the latest version, and install it.
Now open up "my computer"
this is the part where u plug your psp in.
on the psp, go to settings>usb connection. press x to boot the psp on the comp.
once your psp shows up as a removable disk, make a folder in ur psp called "MP_ROOT"
now make a subfolder in "MP_ROOT" called "100MNV01"
once you have done this, open up psp video 9, and this should come up:
Click "Convert" on the upper toolbar, and then clickthe "Current Conversion" tab. Now, this should pop up:
Now click "convert video", and choose the video you want. now click start. there should be a green progress bar:
once its done, you should see the program saying conversion complete
ur converted vid should now be in "converted videos", in "my documents". there, you will find the video, along with the thumbnail.
now you can put your file onto ur PSP. to do this, go to library, and then click your vid. then you press "copy to device". Simple?
Put your vid in "100MNV01", along with the thumbnail
