Strange because I did this on tombstone and it worked better then any other map I've ever done before. I think it maybe because you hit resign. **NOTE** on the 2 new maps DO NOT his resign!! This will corrupt the maps and make them unusable. I will post this warning in my first post.

how do u changewhat the banshee shots out becuase their is no banshee gun tab on this software but other than tht i got this software working great i love this software all the poeple i know think its the hardest software to us when realy its eazy to use and its the best becuase u dont have to do all that junk with the rocket and the pp but i use this all the time now

Do you mean to make it visible or just change the shots?. Glad to know this program has been working out for you.

You just go into dothalo and edit it that way. Here what you do if you don't know how.

1. Open your map and go down to the [vehi] tag.

2. click on objects/vehicles/warthog/warthog

3. In the dependancies window click on the warthog horn. Now change it to what ever weapon you want it to have. EX: If you want it to shoot wraith shots choose the wraith turret.

4. Now save changes and fix encryption.

2. click on banshee_gun and go to the dependancies window.

3. Click on banshee bolt and change it to what ever projectile you want.

4. Now just save changes and fix encryption.

**Note I think people can see the swaps anyway, but I'm not 100% sure.**

thanks i did not know u could do it in dot halo becuase people could not see it i will have to go and try it thank again i gave u thanks the other way to do u have a aim or something

No problem I like to help people. Sorry to dissapoint you, but I can't get on aim at all this weekend... >.< I'm at my mom's house and she won't let me install aim (I don't have administraitive rights). So I will hopefully get on by tuesday around 6:30 PM.

Hi thanks for the tut, I'm having trouble with "tools>fill in info" for the trigger editor,
where can I find the info for the turrets (and other unlisted weapons) in dot halo?
(examples like scorpian turrets, chaingun turrets)


Any help will be thanked

I'm sorry to say, but the maker of UVPT has not added quick fill in for turrets, vehicles, or other things of that nature. So I would recommend you do 1 of 2 things. One, copy down all the info for the weapons that don't have quick fill in so that after you make visible swaps you can put it in manually. Two, for stuff like vehicles just change the weapon to something like the carbine in Dot Halo. That way everyone will see the swap and it has quick fill in.

I'm new to modding, my question is... Why can't you use the original Map Edditors from the All In One program, such as: Dot Halo or H2x to make visible and efficiant projectile mods or any mods for that matter? Are they glitched or something? I personally have been looking everywhere for a few patches (which I still don't even know what the diffinition of a patch is...) that my modding friend had told me about. After he helped me get my mods, he mentioned to immediatley look for a "wallwalking" and "visible projectile" patches. Can anyone explain to me just what I should be looking for?

Basically you can swap projectiles in dothalo, but they won't be visible. This is because projectile swaps are only visible on the rocket launcher and plasma pistol. What is different about this program is that it changes the triggers of the weapons to a rocket launcher trigger, making them visible.
I would not recommend the visible projectile patches because those are improper and make the map larger. This way keeps the map size the same and isn't all that hard to do.
I don't know about the wall walker patches so you can try them out. To apply a patch check this tut - http://www.se7ensins.com/forums/down...dem-pyros.html
