Yo

mainmenu.map, singleplayer.map and shared.map all have to be in the same folder as the .map file your working on, if i remember correctly. (for the person with the map error message). If there is no raw editor under tools you have the wrong version of entity. The correct version is here:
http://files.halomods.com/viewtopic.php?t=51346

You need DirectX. Once you have directx go to Start- run- and type in dxdiag. Walk through the first few pages regarding 3D settings and click the buttons to run tests. Once everything runs right you should be able to open the raw editor (only do all of this if you get an error message when trying to open the raw editor.

Ps sorry bout double post

I will also write another tutorial for a way to make it where non-modders can see where the teleporters. However, they will never be able to see the green spinning things because non-modders cant see moved scenery. I will list some objects that you could use for notifying a teleporter.

I like it,
It's helpful.
Thanks.
I've used on a few maps of mine.
Usually If it wont let them see the teleporter I'll put like a warthoh right next to it, so when they go to enter driver seat, they get teleported.

No, as long as you change them to a teleporter, then it doesn't matter which game varient you play.

You need to add your mainmenu.map and shared.map files into the same folder as the map you are editing in entity. If you dont no how to get the mainmenu.map and shared.map files then check the advanced tutorial section, its there.

You need all of the maps in the same folder as the map you are editing..

mainmenu.map shared.map single_player_shared.map

Download:
XboxSoftMods [files] » Unmodded maps for various Xbox / 360 games » Halo 2 maps » Shared/Mainmenu (OTHER MAPS)

You need mainmenu.map shared.map and single_player_shared.map in the same area as the map you are editing.
