Battlerifle tips!

Only takes 4 shots!
Shoot the body 3 times; since its easy to hit the body.
Then shoot the head the last time! Bam! Dead!

Get the br and the plasma pistol. Charge upthe pistol, aim at yoru enemy, shoot it, press Y to get yoru br out, once it hits the guy, shoot his head. Instant death. This is called the NOOB COMBO b/c you can be a noob and kill anyone fast as ****.

That dosent work! It takes four shots 2 the head 2 kill some one with a BR. If you shoot them in the body 3 times then one in the head they dont die.

it does if you shooot at their neck so all 3 shots from burst will hit em in the head

If azzid shoots me with his method while i shoot him back but constantly in the head, you only need 3 shots in which he will die first

Azzid this is a nice little tip. Everyone of my friends are great with the battle rifle. Thought I suck with it. I just grap a sniper and kick there *** though.

I have shot a guy 5 times in the head and not kill him due to lag. Hitting the body 3 times means you have a bigger target and then 1 to the head. I'm not saying I know a lot about battle rifles...but its my best weapon...give me a br in the game and I can knock em dead 90% of the time (usually getting double teamed is what kills me).

I prefer the needler. Yeah, totally. I mean, you just point it in their direction, hope they don't move at all, and if you unload an entire clip, they might die. No need to be able to aim. I mean, sure, then you are out of ammo and totally vulnerable while you're waiting for the shards to explode, but hell, it beats the BF.

Also...to add on to my comment...why do people call their clans 4shot? Cuz it takes 4 shots to kill.

or just take BR lessons from me.with a BR in a game i usually come up w/ a hit percentage of 60 or higher and majority are head shots. i tend to rape at 4shotting across map

Yeah...same here

Thats why you and I need to play some together...but you got your high freakin lvl now...I dont play slayer much and when I do I go in by myself

haha funny guy. I go into mm by myself so I have a lesser chance of meeting up w/ people from MY SITE LOL! I dont like to get cheated and playing against people that go in by themselves usually dont cheat.

people call this the n00b combo in hopes that people wont use it out of fear of being flamed, the fact remains that this is a good strategy to use
some people just go w/ the flow or use it as a general , but if u call it this for any other reason yur just probably real good/real bad/like rockets and dont kno how to counter it
i kno a few ways of countering it, and i kno a glitch that can keep the plasma from hitting u, but it takes practice (if bungie hasn't found and fixed it)
i'll post strategies for countering th n00b combo if noone else has already dun so
