--Team Standby--
First, make your own party and have someone bridge you host. Once you get host, invite your other friends into the party (if any friends are going to be playing with you). Then go into cain and abel and bridge the connection like you normally would:
Now you will be confronted with an option of IP addres's. First chose your xboxs then on the other side chose your internet IP.
Then you will see the ips of the people that are in your party.
Then go into zone alarm pro and add the ips of the people that are in your party. You can get them using commview, or they can tell you their ip, if they dont know it and you dont have commview, tell them to go to
IP Chicken - What is my IP? Find Your IP Address!.
After this go into the -main- tab under -firewall- and put both trusted and internet on medium. Then open up your auto standby and put your -up time- to 2.4 and your -down time- to 3.0 (You can expiriment with this and use almost anything that will suit you):
Then to start the standby click on the start button, and then click on the internet security bar in ZA, when you do a dotted line will form around it and it should begin moving up and down causing the other team to lag:
When you click the stop button on the auto standby make sure to put the internet security tab back to medium. Also let cain and abel run the whole time you are doing this, i recommend just letting it run from game to game, even in the pregame lobby, it will look something like this:
So dont worry if other routings appear, because they will!
Help and FAQ:
Always let cain run no matter what, if cain itsnt doing anything, then your team standby wont work.
When you add your friends in on ZA make sure to put them on your trusted.
Make sure your new network in the zones tab under firewall is in the internet zone.
Always put your internet bar on medium after your done standbying
