Which program???

I was wondering if I was wanting to mod the Halo PC but I was'nt ready to make my own mods could I just download other peoples mods and play them? Or do I need any programs? If so which ones? If not how do I do it?

You don't need any special programs to play levels modded by others. You just have to edit the program directory to place the modded level in.
