If you can solder then yes they come with instructions. I on the other hand sell the complete thing so it's just plug and play.

what led's did you get? i nevere get them from my local radio shack cause they are never the right ones. I try and get mine from 123leds.com

All those "lighting" effects off of llama are pre made all you have to do is plug them into the original dashboard power on you motherboard no soldiering required. Same goes for the controller (Cheap Wireless Controller) ones and gem ones.
