I'm guessing the best place for games are torrents.

When I look for software Torrents I try and make sure that they were put up my h33t, I was wondering if there are certain users that up games have a reputation like h33t to make my search easier.

Just paid for a month to see if its ok, however not enough in my paypal account as I have not used it for a while...

Why.

Simple.

1. bittorrent's can be tracked (comcast does this don't ask me to explain)

2. Rapidshare is searched by FBI officals and other country's where you can be deported to for piracy charges

3. megaupload is searched by comcast and software company's


So in all do opinion dont pirate.

- I live in Canada, so im almost positive they don't care, and don't even think they can check. Plus worst they will do is say stop. Also I can just say my neighbor steals my internet.

-Also, I live in Canada so no FBI(OR CSIS) will be searching up on me, even if they did, why would they deport someone for downloading $200 worth of games?(the plane ticket costs more than that.)

Here's why I pirate stuff.

Edit: Wanted to add one more thing, Rapidshare is from Switzerland, so why is the FBI have its nose in another countries business...

I can understand about the bittorent stuff, but rapidshare, your more likely to go to jail for a murder you didnt commit than go to jail or be DEPORTED because of downloading something off of rapidshare.

Just my 2 cents.

You basically fall for all the bull**** they put on the new. Heres how it really happens, first the company who released say a new movie, they pay people to track the torrents IP, who they then hand over to that persons ISP, that ISP then gives the user a warning, 3 warnings in the uk and your internet connection gets shut of.

^ They only really track the uploader, if they even decide to do that.

and if they were to try and go after you for it, you can counter-suit them for invasion of privacy.
